Every kid is different. Their school should be too.

Sora Education is the home of Sora Schools, Aeon School, Sora Homeschool and The Sora Program. Four ways to learn, one promise: help every student grow into a capable, confident person.

Four schools and programs. One shared promise.

What we believe

Great education starts with knowing the student.

Before we talk programs, we get to know the kid. Every student has an adult who knows them, a path that fits them, and work they’re proud to show.

In a one-size-fits-all education system,

every student should be known.

02 · Academic quality

Why now

School hasn’t kept up with how families live. We’re changing that.

AI, remote work and new expectations are reshaping family life. Families want school to flex with them, and Sora Education is built for exactly that.

01

Work is changing. Family life is too.

As AI reshapes jobs over the next decade, many parents will work fewer hours, work from anywhere and travel more. A school tied to one building and one schedule won’t fit those families.

02

Parents want answers about AI.

Families are asking what AI means for their kids: which skills will matter, and how to prepare. They want a school that helps them feel ready.

03

Families want choices, not one-size-fits-all.

Some want a school built around community. Some want confidence and creativity. Some want an elite path to top universities. Families will choose the kind of learning, not just the schedule.

04

Public schools want flexible options.

Districts are serving more non-traditional families and want flexible, engaging options for them. They’re coming to Sora to provide them.

The Sora Program

Bringing Sora to public schools, tuition-free.

Districts and charter schools partner with us to give families a flexible, project-based option. Families pay nothing. Partners get a ready-to-run curriculum, platform and team.

Partner school

Torrance Meridian Academy

A tuition-free charter school with Torrance Unified, co-designed with Sora. Grades 5–8 are open and enrolling, with grades 9–12 opening in 2027. Live virtual classes four days a week, with optional in-person enrichment on Fridays.

Partner school

The Classical Academies

A full-time, tuition-free online middle school for grades 6–8, built with The Classical Academies, a group of California public charter schools. Live online classes four days a week, with optional campus activities on Fridays.

Two ways to staff it

District-staffed

The partner’s own teachers teach, with Sora’s curriculum, technology, training and support.

Sora-staffed

Sora provides the teachers, plus the same curriculum, technology, training and support.
